Each module was created to address a specific business need and give employees clear, practical guidance during moments of change—whether they were learning a new system, completing safety training, navigating updated HR processes, or participating in classroom‑based learning. The goal was to make complex tasks easier to understand and to provide consistent, accessible training that employees could complete at their own pace. This module introduced PepsiCo employees to the new supply chain collaboration capabilities within SAP S/4HANA as part of the company’s system migration. I worked with the subject matter expert to translate complex supply chain concepts into a clear, high‑level overview that helped employees understand how the new processes, data flows, and collaboration tools would function in S/4HANA.
The focus was on giving employees a practical understanding of what was changing, why it mattered, and how the new system would support more connected planning, ordering, and fulfillment activities across teams. I organized the content into concise sections, used visuals to illustrate key workflows, and ensured the module was easy for non‑technical users to follow.
This module was created to give employees a clear, approachable introduction to the cost accounting processes used in SAP S/4HANA during PepsiCo’s migration to the new system. I partnered closely with the subject matter expert to understand how cost accounting functions within S/4HANA, what was changing with the implementation, and what employees needed to know to navigate the new environment confidently.
The goal was to simplify a complex topic and present it in a way that was easy for non‑technical users to follow. I broke the content into concise sections, highlighted key terminology, and used visuals to show how cost flows move through the system. The module provided a high‑level overview without overwhelming learners, giving them the foundational understanding they needed before diving into more detailed, role‑specific training.
This project supported a major enterprise transformation and helped employees transition smoothly to SAP S/4HANA by giving them a solid grounding in the cost accounting concepts behind the new system
This project involved updating an outdated, PowerPoint‑based fall protection safety module and transforming it into a modern, engaging eLearning experience. I partnered with the Director of Safety to review the original content, identify gaps, and ensure the updated module aligned with current safety standards and organizational expectations.
The redesign included refreshed visuals, updated images that accurately reflected current equipment and procedures, and a cleaner, more accessible layout. I also added new knowledge‑check questions to reinforce key concepts and improve learner retention. Throughout the process, I focused on making the content clearer, more interactive, and easier for employees to apply on the job.
The final module provided a more effective and visually consistent safety training experience, supporting compliance and helping employees better understand essential fall protection practices.
Classroom‑Based DiSC Activity
This module supported a DiSC‑based classroom learning experience where participants worked in small groups to solve a collaborative challenge. Each group received a handout asking them to determine whether Bigfoot “existed” within a set timeframe, using clues, evidence, and group discussion to reach a conclusion. The purpose wasn’t the topic itself—it was to observe how different DiSC profiles approached problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making.
After the activity, the class debriefed how each person’s DiSC style influenced the group’s process. Participants reflected on how their strengths showed up, where tension or blind spots emerged, and how diverse working styles contributed to the final outcome. The module reinforced the idea that teams perform better when they understand and value the different perspectives each DiSC profile brings.
