Preparing Summer Interns for Success

I collaborated with HR business leaders to design a Lunch & Learn course that helped incoming summer interns understand what to expect on the job and feel confident stepping into their roles. We identified the key questions interns typically have, the skills they need on day one, and the workplace norms that would set them up for a positive experience.

I then developed a clear, engaging session that introduced interns to company culture, communication expectations, day‑to‑day responsibilities, and tips for navigating their first professional environment. The course created a consistent, supportive onboarding experience and helped interns transition smoothly into their teams.
