I’m an instructional designer and training professional with more than 20 years of experience helping people learn complex systems through clear, accessible, and thoughtfully designed content. My work blends adult learning principles with a deep understanding of enterprise technology, allowing me to translate complicated workflows into training that feels intuitive and supportive.

I’ve spent some of my career designing learning for large‑scale system transformations, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Workday HCM, and a variety of clinical and EMR platforms. I enjoy digging into a system—mapping processes, asking the right questions, and uncovering what learners truly need to be successful in their day‑to‑day work. That curiosity, paired with a user‑centered mindset, helps me create training that reduces friction and builds confidence, even in high‑stakes operational environments.

I design and develop content across formats—ILT, vILT, eLearning, video, simulations, and job aids—using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365. I also build and manage learning experiences in LMS platforms, ensuring materials are accessible, maintainable, and aligned with WCAG and Section 508 standards.

Collaboration is at the heart of my process. I work closely with SMEs, project teams, and operational leaders to understand future‑state processes and translate them into modular, scalable learning solutions. I’m known for being reliable, organized, and calm under pressure, with strong project management skills that keep complex initiatives moving forward.
