Workday
I supported our company’s transition to Workday by creating all of the job aids and training videos employees used to learn the new system. I focused on making each resource clear, accessible, and easy to follow so staff could feel confident navigating Workday from day one.
More than 75 job aids and videos were developed and shared through our internal SharePoint site and directly within Workday, giving employees support right where they needed it.

Oracle SCM Pricing
I created this job aid to guide pricing administrators through the full workflow of building a new price list in Oracle SCM. Using the live system, I documented each step—from logging in and navigating to the Pricing Administrator module to entering required fields, adding items, and configuring charges. I paired clear, plain‑language instructions with accurate screenshots to make the process easy to follow for new and experienced users. The final guide provides a reliable, end‑to‑end reference that reduces errors and supports consistent pricing setup across the team.

Intake Form
The intake form I developed is used whenever a new project request comes into Learning and Development. It serves as the initial touchpoint with subject matter experts, capturing key details about the audience, goals, content, and constraints. This form streamlines the discovery process, ensures alignment from the start, and helps determine the most effective learning solution for each request.

ADDIE - Analysis Form
The analysis form is one of five standardized documents used by Learning and Development to guide training projects from initial request through completion. It became the required starting point for every project, ensuring that audience details, performance needs, system workflows, and success criteria were captured consistently across teams.
Together, these documents walk instructional designers through the full ADDIE and Modern Learning process. Each form builds on the previous one, creating a structured workflow that supports analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This framework streamlined project intake, reduced rework, and improved consistency among designers, resulting in more aligned and effective learning solutions.
